Carry-On

Q: Is carry-on baggage permitted?
A: No. Due to the nature of our fleet, our aircraft are not equipped with overhead bins or certified under seat storage. The Dash 7 is the only aircraft in our fleet equipped to permit carry-on baggage as outlined by Transport Canada regulations.

Q: What is permitted onboard?
A: A small purse, medication, cell phone, tablet, or laptop are accepted onboard all aircraft. Items carried onboard must be stowed in the seat back for takeoff and landing. If traveling on one of our Dash7 aircraft two carry-on items will be accepted at a combined size of 9”x16”x22” no greater than 25 lbs.

Q: What if I’m traveling with a musical instrument?
A: Musical instruments will need to be checked on all aircraft aside from the Dash 7. Providing you are traveling on our Dash 7 and the musical instrument meets the guidelines above it may be carried onboard. In the event the instrument does not meet maximum size or weight restrictions above, it will be required to be checked.
