Community Sponsorships and Donations
Air Tindi supports community initiatives that reflect who we are and where we operate, with a focus on the remote communities we serve across the North. As a northern airline, we focus our sponsorships and donations on programs that have a meaningful impact in the communities we serve.
Our approach is simple, we aim to support initiatives that strengthen youth, community sport, and aviation across the North.
Our Focus Areas
Air Tindi prioritizes sponsorships and donations that support:
• Youth programs and youth development
• Amateur and community sport
• Aviation education, training, and outreach
Priority is given to initiatives that directly benefit the remote communities Air Tindi serves.
Our Contribution
Air Tindi provides support primarily through in kind contributions, subject to operational availability. This may include:
• Air travel
• Cargo assistance
• Company merchandise or promotional items, as determined by Air Tindi
Air Tindi does not provide cash donations.
Applying for Sponsorship or Donation Support
To ensure fairness and consistency, all requests must be submitted in writing through our sponsorship request process.
We recommend submitting requests a minimum of six weeks in advance of the event or initiative.
Requests should clearly outline:
• Organization or group name
• Description of the event or initiative
• Community or region impacted
• How Air Tindi support would be used
• Requested dates and locations
• Any recognition or promotional opportunities
Due to the volume of requests received, Air Tindi is unable to support every request. Responses will be provided when possible.
Eligibility and Limitations
Air Tindi does not support:
• Requests for personal benefit or personal travel
• Religious or political organizations
• Requests that do not align with our focus areas
• Repeated or duplicate requests within the same calendar year
Requests from businesses or commercial organizations may be considered when there is a clear community benefit or strong alignment with Air Tindi values.
Recognizing Our Partnership
Sponsorships are intended to be a shared partnership. When Air Tindi provides support, we ask that organizations help acknowledge and share the story of that support where possible.
This may include:
• Recognition on social media or digital platforms
• Logo placement on promotional or printed materials
• Event signage or verbal acknowledgment
• Photos, video, or post event updates
Sharing content or updates helps Air Tindi highlight community initiatives and continue offering sponsorships and support to events and organizations in the future.
For certain sponsorships, organizations may be asked to review and acknowledge Air Tindi’s Sponsorship Media Agreement, which outlines content sharing and recognition expectations.
Final Notes
All sponsorships and donations are reviewed internally and are subject to operational availability. Air Tindi reserves the right to approve or decline requests at its discretion.
