Air Tindi is currently looking for a Marketing Coordinator.  We pride our self on safety, customer satisfaction and professionalism. Together with our dedicated partnerships, passionate employees and a diversified fleet of aircraft built for the North, we remain at the forefront of on demand and scheduled services in Northern Canada.

While based in Yellowknife NT, Air Tindi has been providing services for over 35 years, across Canada and in many different capacities, including essential schedule services to Northern communities, commercial industries (mining), tourism, government, and community support services.

Fleet: de Havilland Canada Dash-7, de Havilland Canada Twin Otter, Beech King Air 250, de Havilland Canada Turbo Otter, Cessna Caravan.

Responsibilities

 

Reports to the Marketing Manager

The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Support marketing efforts across multiple service areas.
  • Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and brand messaging.
  • Help maintain and enhance Air Tindi’s online presence, including website updates and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Contribute to the design and execution of advertising materials, signage, and multimedia content.
  • Provide logistical and administrative support for events, sponsorships, and community engagement initiatives.
  • Assist and oversee inventory management and marketing support for an e-commerce platform.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams, vendors, and contractors to ensure brand consistency and marketing effectiveness.
  • Assist in media coordination and asset management, including organizing and maintaining marketing materials, photography, and video content.
  • Other duties as required.

Requirements

Skills & Competencies

  • Creative thinker with a strong ability to develop engaging marketing material.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Willingness to learn and grow, with a proactive approach to developing new skills.
  • Interest in photography and videography—formal experience is an asset.
  • Familiarity with photo and video editing software (Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, or similar).
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge and passion for aviation is an asset.
  • Strong graphic design experience and familiarity with digital marketing tools (Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, CMS platforms, or similar).
  • Personable and open-minded, able to engage positively with different perspectives and take feedback in stride.
  • Adaptable and proactive, able to navigate shifting priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving abstract
  • Must be comfortable with occasional travel.
