Air Tindi is currently looking for a Client Service Coordinator. We pride our self on safety, customer satisfaction and professionalism. Together with our dedicated partnerships, passionate employees and a diversified fleet of aircraft built for the North, we remain at the forefront of on demand and scheduled services in Northern Canada.
While based in Yellowknife NT, Air Tindi has been providing services for over 35 years, across Canada and in many different capacities, including essential schedule services to Northern communities, commercial industries (mining), tourism, government, and community support services.
Fleet: de Havilland Canada Dash-7, de Havilland Canada Twin Otter, Beech King Air 250, de Havilland Canada Turbo Otter, Cessna Caravan.
Responsibilities
Reports to the Client Service Manager
The Client Service Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Manage client accounts and ensure timely delivery of services
- Prove quotes for clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Assist in market research and analysis to support client growth strategies
- Support sales efforts by identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services
- Additional duties as required or needed
- Perform any other duties as required or needed.
Requirements
- Post-Secondary with a business background preferred
- Computer proficiency
- Client Services experience
- Experience with costing/quotes
- Highly organized
- Attention to detail
- Strong Verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Self-directed
