PASSENGER TICKETING NOTES

• Child Fares are valid for children age 2-11 years old when accompanied by an adult
• Senior Fares are valid for seniors 60 years of age and older with identification
• Infants under 2 years of age accompanied by an adult travel at no charge when not occupying a seat.
• Reservations for confirmed seats are accepted, space available, up to 60 mins prior to departure
• Ticket Change Fee: $50 with less than 24-hour’s notice prior to departure time
• Ticket Cancellation Fee: $50, within 24 hours of departure time, cancellations are no longer eligible for refunds.
• When changes to reservations are made, tickets will be repriced at current available fares, additional charges may apply.
• All tickets are subject to fuel surcharges based on routing.
• All tickets for travel from Yellowknife to destinations within the NWT are subject to the Airport Improvement Fee of $10.00 plus GST when applicable.
• All tickets for travel from Edmonton are subject to the Airport Improvement Fee Deposit of $36.75, for departures on/after July 1^st, 2026, AIFD is $42.00 and a Passenger Security Fee of $13.38 plus GST when applicable.
• Fuel surcharges and third-party fees are subject to change without notice. All additional charges are included in the total advertised price of the ticket.
