OVERVIEW
- This dynamic sales professional achieves maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within their assigned territory by effectively selling Charter airline services. They personally contact and secure existing and new business accounts/customers. They are results oriented and can work independently and as part of a coordinated sales team.
REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS
- Reports directly to the Vice President, Marketing and Sales
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participates in trade shows and conventions;
- Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints;
- Identifies competitive advantages and compares organizations’ products/services;
- Makes telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers;
- Coordinates sales effort with marketing and sales management, accounting, and operational areas of the company;
- Analyzes the territory/markets’ potential and determines the value of existing and prospective customers to the organization;
- Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective clients in their assigned territory to generate business for the company’s products and services;
- Researches sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential;
- Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers;
- Supplies management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, market conditions, and potential for new products and services;
- Keeps abreast of company products and services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends through the reading of pertinent literature and consulting with marketing and operational areas of the company; and
- Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information seen or heard
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES

Challenger Pilot
OVERVIEW
The Challenger Pilot will be responsible for transporting passengers and cargo on a flexible, full time basis, accommodating an irregular flight schedule. He or she is also responsible for general maintenance and repairs of the aircraft, coordinating with flight crews, air traffic controllers etc., generating flight plans, observing weather patterns and other duties as assigned. The Challenger Pilot will maintain a professional demeanor at all times, providing excellent customer service to passengers and crew. Overtime and travel required.
ESSENTIAL ATTRIBUTES
- 6000 hours Total Time minimum;
- 1000 hours Jet time (PIC);
- Previous CL601 experience an asset;
- North American route experience;
- High degree of professionalism;

M1/M2 AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE ENGINEER
Position: M1/M2 AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE ENGINEER

Due to our continued growth and success Air Tindi is now hiring highly motivated and energetic individuals to join our dynamic Maintenance team as M1 / M2- Aircraft Maintenance Engineers.
Reporting to the Director of Maintenance, the Aircraft Maintenance Engineers will be responsible for maintaining the aircraft through tasks such as inspection, troubleshooting, repair, modification and functional testing of the aircraft in accordance with Transport Canada Regulations. As we believe in the sharing of knowledge part of your role as an aircraft maintenance engineer will be to mentor apprentice engineers you are working with.
Interested applicants must hold a valid M1 or M2 Transport Canada Aircraft Maintenance Engineer License and meet all Transport Canada requirements. Experience on DHC-7 is essential, and experience on DHC-6, C-208, C-185 and King Air 200 aircraft would be an asset to this position. Compensation for these positions will depend on qualifications and experience.
